  Application  

1. Applied in tire rubber, with white carbon black, carbon black, glass fiber, mica and other inorganic filler collocation, so that a good coupling between rubber and white carbon black and other inorganic filler effect, improve the physical and mechanical properties of the product. It is especially suitable for sulfur sulfide and peroxide sulfide system, which can improve the tensile strength of rubber, reduce its permanent compression deformation, and improve the wear resistance of rubber.

2. Silane coupling agent with sulfhydryl functional group, often used to deal with SiO2, carbon black and other inorganic fillers, in rubber, silicone rubber and other polymers play the role of active agent, coupling agent, crosslinking agent, reinforcing agent, as a metal surface rust inhibitor has special function, with its treatment of gold, silver, copper and other metal surface. It can improve the corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance of its surface and increase its adhesion to polymer materials such as resins.

3. It is widely used in filling polymer materials, and can be applied to nitrile/phenolic, epoxy, PVC, polystyrene, polysulfide, polyurethane, nylon, styrene butadiene rubber, neoprene rubber, nitrile butadiene rubber, EPDM and natural rubber systems.

Packing
This product is packaged in 200L galvanized plastic iron barrel or 1000 L IBC container ton barrel, 200 Kg/ barrel or 1000 Kg/ barrel; or other specifications to be scheduled.

Storage
This product should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place to prevent rain and moisture.
