  Application  

1. Mainly used to couple organic polymers and inorganic substances to improve the various properties of the polymer.

2. Mainly used in phenolic resin, epoxy resin, melamine resin, polypropylene, etc., to improve the resin solubility, wettability and surface finish, improve the transparency of the products, dry and wet mechanical strength and electrical performance of the products, reduce the water absorption of laminated products, reduce pollution and so on.

3. As an excellent glass fiber processing agent, which can activate glass fiber, glass cloth, glass beads, white carbon, black, talcum powder, mica, clay and wollastonite. FRP treated with HP-1120 can be widely used in the manufacture of mechanical parts, building materials, compression containers and certain reinforced materials for special purposes, especially for nylon products and magnetic plastic devices.

4. Used in vinyl resin paint, epoxy resin paint, polyurethane resin paint, can significantly improve the adhesion of the coating surface, and especially effective for metals that are difficult to paint.

5. Can be made into high activity double amino silicon oil stock solution and emulsion, as a textile industry fabric finishing agent, with good softness and luster, as well as excellent antistatic and other performance.

6. Can be used as reinforcement agent of resin sand, used in precision casting, sand consolidation in oil wells. It can increase the strength and moisture resistance of resin sand and reduce the amount of resin.

Packing
This product is packaged in 200L galvanized plastic iron barrel or 1000 L IBC container ton barrel, 200 Kg/ barrel or 1000 Kg/ barrel; or other specifications to be scheduled.

Storage
This product should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place to prevent rain and moisture.
