  Application  

1. Used as polyethylene crosslinker; Glass fiber surface treatment of glass fiber reinforced plastics; Synthetic special coatings; Surface moisture-proof treatment of electronic components; Surface treatment of inorganic silicon-containing fillers.

2. Used for polyethylene cross-linking manufacturing wire, cable insulation and protective material, with excellent electrical properties, good heat resistance and stress cracking resistance.

3. Used for polyethylene crosslinking heat-resistant pipe, heat-resistant hose and film. Crosslinked polyethylene has good aromatics resistance, oil resistance, stress cracking resistance, high mechanical strength, good heat resistance and other excellent properties, can be used at 80℃ for decades. It can be used for the anticorrosive insulation outer protective layer of petroleum pipeline, natural gas pipeline and gas pipeline, and the matching anticorrosive heat shrinkable sleeve repair material, also for the upper water pipe and hot water pipe of civil residence.

4. Used for impregnating glass fiber and inorganic silicon-containing fillers, improve the infiltration and bonding properties of resin and glass fiber, so as to effectively develop the mechanical strength and electrical properties of glass fiber reinforced plastic and plastic laminate products, significantly improve the weather resistance, water resistance, heat resistance of glass fiber reinforced plastic, and extend the service life of products.

5. Copolymerization with acrylic monomer series to make special coatings, with weather resistance, dust resistance and other characteristics.

  Packing and storage  

Packing
This product is packaged in 200L galvanized plastic iron barrel or 1000 L IBC container ton barrel, 190 Kg/ barrel or 950 Kg/ barrel; or other specifications to be scheduled.

Storage
This product should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place to prevent rain and moisture.
